A 4,255-square-foot facility most recently home to a worship center is for sale in Trumbull County with a fully-renovated interior.
The property that was formerly home to Rock of Grace at 125 N Bank St. in Cortland is available to purchase for $425,000, according to Platz Realty.
Take a 3D tour of the facility on the Platz Realty website, which was built in 1960 and underwent major renovations in 2022.
The Cortland property is suited for an office or gathering place similar to the worship center.
Upgrades include “newer windows, lights, HVAC, roof, carpet, electric, security system and Cat6 throughout,” according to the online listing.
Inside, there are spaces for both small and large meetings, as well as private offices.
High-rise windows allow light into the welcome area, and there’s a café space with cozy wood-paneling and a porch for warm weather dining.
Rock of Grace church relocated to 420 North St. SW in downtown Warren in 2024, according to their social media.
