Former Baymont by Wyndham Youngstown on Belmont Avenue sells for $1.1 million

After a court-ordered foreclosure auction in the fall of 2025, the former Baymont by Wyndham Youngstown officially sold in February 2026.
The six-story, 72,000-square-food hotel sits on over 2.5 acres on Belmont Avenue in Liberty Township.
The hotel sold for $1.1 million and ownership transferred from OH 4055 BELMONT LLC to 4055 BELMONT LLC, according to the Trumbull County Auditor’s website.
Records show the hotel was first built in 1973 and remodeled in 2003.
There are a total of 144 rooms, according to Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
In 2023, the hotel sold for $3.9 million.
