Records show a shopping center on Elm Road in Warren is under new ownership.
Awaken Property LLC purchased the shopping center at 3050 Elm Road for $525,000 on March 11, according to the Trumbull County Auditor’s digital records.
Crystal Court Enterprises LLC conducted the sale with Awaken Property; they’ve previously owned the multi-unit property since 2015.
The shopping center was first built in 1988 and includes businesses like Daprile Insurance Group, Awaken Aesthetics and Olympus Chiropractic and Wellness.
