Medical office built in 1950 sold for $4 million in Youngstown

A medical office on Belmont Avenue in Youngstown blocks away from Mercy Health’s St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital has been sold.

According to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office, previous owner Wayo Boss LLC sold the property to Douglas Jason Lee Trustee and Douglas Subing Chen Trustee.

Records show the Douglas Jason Lee Trustee and Douglas Subing Chen Trustee, based in Milford, purchased the clinic at 1340 Belmont Ave. for approximately $4 million.

The purchased was finalized on March 5.

First built in 1950, the property includes 1.4 acres and was appraised at around $2 million in 2023.
