The former Golden Corral restaurant in Boardman is under new ownership, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.

Four Guys Realty LLC purchased the 12,456-square-foot dining facility at 320 Boardman Poland Road.

Records show Four Guys Realty bought the restaurant from 8525 South LLC on April 14 for $1.30 million.

The auditor’s records show the restaurant was first built in 2005.

The restaurant and on-site parking lot make up 2.73 acres, which was appraised at $1.37 million in 2023.
