Ten-acre manufacturing property sold for $2.2 million in Niles

The ten-acre property formerly home to Phillips Manufacturing Co. at 504 Walnut St. in Niles has been sold.
According to the Trumbull County Auditor’s website, the $2.2 million transaction was filed in late April.
Ownership of the property changed from Niles Plant LLC to 504 Walnut LLC, according to the auditor’s website.
The address for 504 Walnut LLC matches Dinesol Plastics, Inc., which is also in Niles, according to the Ohio Secretary of State’s website.
Dinesol Plastics is a molding solutions provider started in 1976.
