Puerto Rican bar, restaurant available for purchase in Campbell
Papas Puerto Rican Restaurant at 284 12th St. in Campbell is on the market for $249,000.
The family-owned restaurant served as a home base and launching pad for Red Rican, the business started by the Morales brothers, according to a post on their Facebook page.
“What began as our father’s restaurant grew into something bigger than we ever imagined, and we’re proud to have carried on his legacy and built the business into what it is today. We’ve officially outgrown the space, and it’s time for someone else to make it their own,” the post reads.
Purchase of the 1,778-square-foot restaurant listed on the Platz Realty Group’s website includes the full kitchen and dining area as well as a newly-renovated patio and a D5 liquor license.
The property on 12th Street in Campbell includes a 900-square-foot apartment upstairs and a basement/storage area.
“Thank you to everyone who supported us over the years — this place will always mean a lot to our family,” Red Rican wrote on Facebook.
