A former Rite Aid pharmacy retail store in Warren has been bought following an auction at the end of March.
According to the Trumbull County Auditor’s records, Ohio Investment 888 LLC purchased the store at 2840 Youngstown Road SE in Warren for $540,000 on April 29.
Ohio Investment 888 LLC is based in Cerritos, California, according to the auditor’s website.
Purchase of the 11,400-square-foot freestanding building came with a drive-thru and built in 1999, according to R Marketplace.
The coolers, refrigerators and aisle shelving units remained installed at the 1.34 acre property. There are a total of 50 parking spaces at the corner property on Youngstown Road SE.
