County records show Salem industrial warehouse sells for $3 million
The owner of a company specializing in the sales of previously-owned and new equipment for handling materials paid $3 million for ownership of a Salem industrial warehouse and commercial property.
According to the Columbiana County Auditor’s property sales records, Rane and/or Beth Lottinville, who are based in Sarasota, Fla., purchased the warehouse and nearby land at 964 Benton Road on May 8.
Rane Lottinville owns PROCESS Equipment, a privately-held company specializing in material handling equipment company.
Julie Needs, executive director of the Sustainable Opportunity Development Center in Salem, said Ventra plans to continue leasing the property along Benton Road.
Ventra Salem is a local industrial equipment supplier in the automotive field.
