Three young leaders whose work is shaping public service, small business and community identity in the Mahoning Valley have been named the 2026 Mahoning Valley Young Professionals 25 Under 35 MVP honorees.

MVYP, an affiliate of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, recognized its 2026 MVYP 25 Under 35 class during the organization’s annual gala on Thursday at The Lake Club in Poland. The awards celebrate individuals under age 35 who are making an impact through leadership, innovation and community involvement.

Among this year’s honorees, three received MVP honors for exceptional achievement and impact:

Bryce Miner is deputy city administrator and deputy zoning inspector for the City of Columbiana, where his work has helped secure more than $7.2 million in grant funding to support economic development, tourism and long-term community growth. He also serves in civic roles with the Columbiana Area Tourism Bureau and is involved in youth mentorship and regional community programming.

Ashley Wellington is the owner and founder of Pick Me Up Coffee Co., which she grew from a mobile coffee trailer into a permanent drive-thru location while creating flexible employment opportunities and supporting local fundraisers and school involvement. She also builds partnerships with small businesses and civic organizations throughout the Valley.

Patrick McGlone is the owner of Overall Paint Company, a public artist whose more than 130 murals have helped celebrate and revitalize communities across the Mahoning Valley. He also is a Youngstown firefighter who mentors students, supports nonprofits and uses art to inspire community pride and connection.

“We are proud to celebrate all 25 honorees and the work they are doing to strengthen the Mahoning Valley,” said Cameron Sobnosky, executive director of MVYP. “This class reflects the talent, leadership and commitment we see across the region. We also congratulate Bryce, Ashley and Patrick on receiving this year’s MVP honors and thank each honoree for the impact they continue to make in their workplaces and communities.”
