There’s a newly-renovated freestanding warehouse with adaptable flex buildings for lease that’s fit for a growing industrial service contractor in Warren, according to realtors.
According to a listing from Platz Realty Group, a 1,800-square-foot warehouse at 328 North River Road is currently available for lease, with an additional 8,000-square-foot building coming soon.
