There’s an investment opportunity in Boardman to take on a long-term ground lease at a drive-in restaurant known for serving signature sandwiches like The Galley Boy.

According to a Platz Realty Group listing, agents are seeking a new owner to join Swenson’s, a large Ohio-based drive-in restaurant chain, by buying the restaurant at 1247 Boardman Poland Road.

Built in 2022 and close to I-680, the 1,610-square-foot drive-thru restaurant across from Ashley Furniture and Marshalls is available for $2.3 million.

There’s not much information available at the moment about the sale, and any potential buyers will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement for confidential lease information, according to Platz Realty Group.

Swenson’s opened at 1247 Boardman Poland Road in July 2022.
