According to the property listing, 126 Erie St. is available for $199,000 or the lease starts at $5 per square foot.

Built in 1967, the industrial facility was remodeled in 1992 and a new roof installed in 2020 the same year it sold for $60,000, according to the Trumbull County Auditor’s records.
