Summer Slam Pickleball Tournament coming to the Mahoning Valley

The Dink Yard, the Valley’s premier indoor pickleball facility, will host its Summer Slam Pickleball Tournament on June 19 and 20, bringing players from across the region together for two days of competition, community, and one of the area’s fastest-growing sports.
The tournament will feature men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles divisions across multiple skill levels. Teams will compete in pool play followed by a double-elimination bracket, providing players with ample court time and a competitive tournament experience.
The event will take place at The Dink Yard, located in the Eastwood Mall Complex in Niles. Registration is currently open, with space limited in each division. Players must have a DUPR account to participate.
Since opening in 2025, The Dink Yard has become a hub for pickleball in Trumbull and Mahoning County, offering leagues, clinics, tournaments, youth programs, and open play opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels.
