A retail plaza in Columbiana recently sold to a new owner for over $2 million, according to property records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s website.

Oakmont Plaza LLC sold Oakmont Plaza at 901 and 921 Columbiana Canfield Road in Fairfield Township for $2.2 million on June 8 to 3rd Realm Holdings LLC, a Columbiana-based company.

Oakmont Plaza is home to restaurants like Antone’s Kitchen, Domino’s Pizza and Golden Chopsticks, as well as QuickMed Urgent and Primary, H&R Block, Rocky Top RC, Audio Nova and Eye Catchers Optical.

The 2.67-acre shopping center was first built in 1989.
