Austintown lot sells for $1.1 million, becoming new drive-thru coffee stand

A redevelopment site along Mahoning Avenue in Austintown sold for $1.1 million.
According to Platz Realty, the lot at 5620 Mahoning Ave. is set to be the state’s next 7 Brew Coffee shop.
Property records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office show Brew and Build Real Properties LLC purchased the 1-acre lot for $1.1 million on June 16.
The auditor’s records show the shopping center was first built in 1955.
Started in 2017, 7 Brew Coffee is a drive-thru coffee stand company with 47 drive-thru shops in Ohio and hundreds of locations across the country.
There are two 7 Brew Coffee shops open for business in the Mahoning Valley area, including 2421 East State St. in Salem and 1997 Niles Cortland Road SE in Warren.
