Dentist’s office building purchased for $575,000 in Champion Township
A medical office on Mahoning Avenue in Champion Township sold for $575,000 on June 18, according to records from the Trumbull County Auditor’s.
Records show Drs. Sergio Cozzo Naddler and Sheffali Nadler sold the property to Piara Singh Real Estate Holdings LLC, whose taxpayer address is in Brookpark.
Modern Dental Concepts is still operating at the Mahoning Avenue clinic under the direction of Dr. Gursharanjit Singh.
Built in 1990, the last time the medical office sold was in 2001 for $80,000 and appraised at $36,200 in 2025.
