A three-story hotel building in Liberty Township has a new owner.

Infinity Hospitality LLC is the new owner of Comfort Suites Youngstown North at 201 Perni Lane, according to records from the Trumbull County Auditor’s website.

A combined transaction was filed on July 1 for Infinity Hospitality LLC to purchase the property for over $4 million from Liberty Belmont Properties.

Comfort Suites Youngstown North was built in 2015 and opened the following year.
