Three-story Campbell apartment building for seniors sells for $2.2 million

An apartment building for elderly residents and people living with a disability in Campbell has a new owner.

Records from the Mahoning County Auditor show the Sycamore Place Apartments building on Tremble Avenue was sold on July 2 to Sycamore Property Development LLC for $2.2 million.

According to the Mahoning County Auditor’s digital records, Sycamore Property Development’s taxpayer address is in New Jersey.

The previous owner of 31 Tremble Ave., Sycamore Place OH LLC, purchased the building for $1 million from Campbell Communities LTD in 2018.

Built in 2001, there are a total of 56 units in the three-story building, as well as on-site laundry services, a library and a community meeting room, according to Apartments.com.
