Creativity will find its spark at Penguin City Brewing Company this weekend.

The Penguin City Tattoo Expo returns to Youngstown from Friday, July 17, through Sunday, July 19. The industry’s top tattoo artists will accept walk-up clients throughout the weekend and compete for custom-made trophies.

Attendees can expect more than 40 tattoo artists and vendors — like Marc Warnick, Mythical Minerals & More and Kip’s Tacos — at the expo. There will also be live entertainment on Saturday, July 18, by Dearest Friend at 5 p.m.
