Taylor-Winfield Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of material joining equipment and systems headquartered in Youngstown, recently announced that it obtained all assets of Haven Manufacturing Corp.

Haven Manufacturing has served as a trusted manufacturer of tube cutting and processing machinery for over 50 years. Taylor-Winfield Technologies’ acquisition will strengthen its global position in the pipe and tube processing industry while broadening its product portfolio and outreach advocacy, according to Kyle Benyo, vice president and general manager of Taylor-Winfield Technologies’ pipe and tube processing group.

“By bringing Haven’s products and expertise into the Taylor-Winfield family, we are preserving that legacy while creating new opportunities for growth, innovation, and enhanced customer support,” Benyo said in a press release.

Current Haven Manufacturing customers will have uninterrupted access to spare parts, service, technical support and future equipment solutions due to Taylor-Winfield Technologies’ engineering and manufacturing resources, Benyo said.

Matt Ciavarella, former Haven Manufacturing sales and marketing manager who has now joined Taylor-Winfield Technologies, said both manufacturers share a customer-first philosophy and a commitment to engineering excellence.

“This acquisition ensures that Haven customers will continue to receive the support they depend on while gaining access to expanded technologies, automation capabilities, and engineering resources that will help them remain competitive in an evolving marketplace,” Ciavarella said in the press release.
