5 highlights from Youngstown State’s dominant win over Milwaukee
The Youngstown State Penguins men’s basketball team took over first place in the Horizon League with a 87-58 win over Milwaukee Friday night in the Beeghly Center.
Adrian Nelson led Youngstown State with 19 points, Dwayne Cohill had 18, Bryce McBride had 16 and Malek Green added 12 points.
“Our guys responded, you know, that’s what was really neat to see them rise to the occasion,” Youngstown State head coach Jerrod Calhoun told reporters after the game. “You know, and that’s what you want. If you want to have a good program, you got to win in February and March.”
