‘GO PENGUINS and BUCKEYES!!:’ Jim Tressel rooting for both sides in today’s game

When it comes to today’s Youngstown State vs. Ohio State football game, Jim Tressel has divided loyalties.

Tressel was a quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs coach at Ohio State before leaving to become the head coach at Youngstown State for 15 years.

He returned to Ohio State to serve as head coach for ten seasons before returning to Youngstown State to serve as president from 2014 to 2023.

So it’s not hard to blame Tressel for supporting both teams on X, the social media network formerly known as Twitter Saturday morning.
