Austintown Fitch retakes No. 1 spot in Mahoning Matters Super 7 softball rankings

Canfield
Canfield is ranked No. 2 in this week’s rankings after splitting games against fellow state power Wooster Triway last week.
The Cardinals lost to the Titans 2-0 in their opener but came back to outslug Triway 13-2 in the second game of their twin bill.
Canfield is 15-3 on the season and the No. 2 seed behind Aurora in the upcoming D2 postseason tournament.

Warren Champion retains the No. 3 ranking in the poll this week, despite a tough loss to big-school state power.
