Rural lifestyle retail store hiring at newest location open in Columbiana
Mahoning Valley shoppers can visit the new Tractor Supply Company open in Columbiana, one of over 2,000 locations in the U.S.
Lance Willard, the Columbiana city manager, said Cocca Development contacted the city planning office to bring the Tractor Supply in Columbiana.
“Cocca Development builds Tractor Supplies all across the nation, and they called us and told us they were considering the site in our community,” he said. “Once the city council approved it, developers started to build. There’s also going to be a Dollar Tree there, too, so they were a part of that, as well.”
The Columbiana Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting at the new TSC, located at 740 Springfield Road in Columbiana.
“It was a pleasure working with the Cocca Development team to bring Tractor Supply to the City of Columbiana. We are eager to see how Tractor Supply will contribute to our local economy and add to the vibrant spirit of our community,” said Willard.
TSC is the largest operator of rural lifestyle retail stores in the country, selling pet and farm animal supplies, home maintenance and lawn care tools, plus a self-serve pet wash station inside the store.
TSC is open from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. every day of the week.
