First ever Trumbull County tattoo/piercing shop open now in Eastwood Mall
A Niles tattoo shop owner is inviting the community to his second shop now open inside the Eastwood Mall.
Johnathon Perkins is the owner of Blackwater Ink LLC tattoo shop.
In July, Perkins expanded by opening the mall’s first tattoo and piercing studio called Blackwater East.
“Opening our second location would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our loyal customers, friends, and family,” Perkins wrote on Facebook. “Thank you for believing in us, standing by us and helping bring this vision to life.”
Perkins clarified that both shops are still open, fully staffed and able to accommodate both walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
He said tattoo artists currently based at the Raphael’s Plaza location will remain there for the foreseeable future.
Blackwater East is open from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sunday next to Boscov’s.
Blackwater Ink is open from 1 - 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday at 815 Youngstown Warren Road in Niles.
