Report: Suspect who allegedly hurt Beaver Township police officer captured by police
Local reporters have confirmed from the Milton Township Police Chief that a man accused of injuring a Beaver Township police officer Friday night is now in custody.
Beaver Township Police Chief Eric Dattilo told local reporters that officers were called around 10:30 p.m. to a Old Hickory Court house in the Highlands area of North Lima after a domestic dispute.
Dattilo told reporters the officer went to the hospital after an altercation with the suspect.
Various police agencies were reportedly involved in the search with others on the scene.
