Weekend anchor/reporter Megan Lee to leave WKBN

WKBN weekend anchor Megan Lee has announced she is heading to Milwaukee to report for TV station TMJ4.

Lee joined WKBN as a reporter in May 2021 and has also been a weekend anchor there since August 2021.

“I’m leaving Youngstown in just a few weeks,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “My first home away from home. A place that helped me grow both professionally and personally. I made lifelong friends that turned into family. I was welcomed into your homes each Saturday and Sunday night. And during the week you saw me on many different newscasts. My time here was short but so dang sweet. I met the most genuine loving people and got to share some amazing stories. Youngstown thank you. I know there are so many possibilities for this city and I believe in all of them. I’ll be back ❤️ I promise!”
