Free admission and food trucks at day two of Cortland’s Chautauqua at the Lake from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the Western Reserve Quilt Guild’s Quilt Show from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Ohio Living Lake Vista clubhouse.
Outback Ray’s animal show starts at 3:30 p.m. at the Poland branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County.
Grab dinner from OG Street Eatz food truck parked at Birdfish Brewing from 4-9 p.m.
Get tickets to see Crystal Skillman’s acclaimed solo play, OPEN, at 8 p.m. at Club Switch as part of The Other Theater Company’s Pride series. Proceeds will benefit the Rust Belt Theatre Company.
Mahoning Valley Scrappers take on the State College Spikes at 7:05 p.m. at Eastwood Field in Niles. A fireworks show will be offered after the game.

- The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley’s Annual Point 5K Run/Walk starts at 10 a.m. at White House Fruit Farm in Canfield. Proceeds provide emergency shelter and meals for our neighbors in need at the Mission.
- The last day of Western Reserve Quilt Guild’s show from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Ohio Living Lake Vista clubhouse in Cortland
Children and their caretakers can check out the disco dance party and reading event at Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County’s main branch. It’s happening at noon in the story time area.
Free music concerts in July at Courthouse Square in Warren start today at noon - 2 p.m. with R&B group The Last Go Around.
