Are you looking for a job in Youngstown?

The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation has a few open jobs, and they’re looking for applicants interested in transforming and revitalizing local neighborhoods.

Here are all the details you need to know.

Property maintenance team member

YNDC is seeking an additional team member to join the grass-cutting and property maintenance crew.

The full-time position pays $19 per hour. It will involve cutting grass, cleaning up vacant structures and lots, and boarding vacant housing.

The team will also do some basic construction, sidewalk repair, replacement, and other projects to improve the quality of life for residents in Youngstown’s neighborhoods.

There is no deadline to apply. Applications are being accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis, according to YNDC.

Property survey intern

YNDC is also looking for applicants for a full-time summer property survey internship.

This in-the-field internship involves driving through the neighborhoods and conducting property surveys, documenting vacant structures, structures that are abandoned, as well as occupied structures with major exterior issues.

The internship pays $18 per hour, and you’ll be reimbursed for driving.
