Youngstown police investigate reported homicide of 37-year-old man

Youngstown police are investigating the case of a 37-year-old man who was shot and killed in the city late Saturday afternoon.

The body was found on the road at the corner Mahoning and Evanston avenues with at least six gun shots, Lt. Muhammad Awad said. The identity of the victim has not been released yet.

Police are looking for tips and are offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest or prosecution.
