Hubbard hires new full-time police officer
Hubbard police recently announced that they hired Katelyn McCarthy as a new full-time police officer.
McCarthy is a graduate of Mathews High School and Kent State Police Academy.
She previously served as a part-time officer with the Brookfield Township Police Department.
