41 felony cases indicted by Trumbull grand jury

WARREN – A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday returned 41 felony indictments.

During the latest session, the grand jury also visited the Trumbull County jail, examining its state and condition and inquired into the discipline and treatment of the prisoners, their habits, diet and accommodations. The grand jury foreman reported that the rules of the jail have been “faithfully kept and observed,” the jail appeared clean and orderly, and “we do not find any provisions of law… have been violated.”

The following felony indictments were made, with arraignments set within two weeks in the courtrooms of one of four Trumbull County Common Pleas judges:

  • Nicholas Aulet, 34, Salt Springs Road, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified governmental facility and aggravated possession of drugs;
  • Matthew Dunlap, 24, in care of Southern Ohio Correctional Institution in Lucasville, harassment with a bodily substance;
  • Jermaine Montgomery, 23, in care of Madison Correctional Facility in London, Ohio, felonious assault with repeat violent offender specification and assault;
  • Jeremy Nichols, 46, in care of Southern Ohio Correctional, Lucasville, harassment with a bodily substance;
  • Tobin Parkerross, 34, in care of Southern Ohio Correctional, Lucasville, assault;
  • Frank M. Smith, 32, Stewart Drive, Warren, escape;
  • Kevin Whittaker, 32, in care of Trumbull County jail, escape;
  • Tyrell Williams, 26, in care of Lorain Correctional Institution, Grafton, two counts domestic violence, two counts felonious assault with repeat violent offender specification, endangering children, four counts kidnapping with repeat violent offender specification;
  • Jeffrey R. Hollihan, 61, Warren, two counts improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, obstructing official business and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (M1);
  • Aubreyana N. Blackwell, 23, Willard Avenue, Warren, possession of cocaine;  Joshua J. Pastore, 45, Ravenna Road, Newton Falls, burglary;
  • Jason M. Blair, 46, Raeloe Court, Leavittsburg, two counts domestic violence;
  • Maurice Roebuck, 36, Roberts Avenue NW, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound; two counts possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine;
  • Benjamin M. Apple, 43, Garfield Street, Newton Falls, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), two counts aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Ronald J. Berry, 36, Washington Avenue, Girard, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;
  • Jeffrey J. Howard II, 42, Warrensville, carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f5), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • Casey Carpenter, 39, Front Street SW, Warren, two cases - aggravated possession of drugs and theft from a person in a protected class;
  • Phillip A. Butcher, 29, South Main Street, Niles, theft;
  • Kymani Sage McGhee, 18, Niles-Cortland Road, Warren, tampering with evidence and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;
  • Kristian A. Scudier, 48, Wilson Avenue, Niles, possession fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs;
  • Craig A. Henderson, 30, Charles Court, Newton Falls, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;
  • Keith Gillespie, 46, Meadow Drive, Kent, theft;
  • Sydney V. Peterman, 20, Reeves Road NE, Warren, assault;
  • Raymond A. Williams, 65, Beal Street, Warren, two counts possession of fentanyl-related compound;
  • Deangelo Mitchell, 24, Meadowbrook, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound;
  • Roderick L. Lewis, 64, Brier Street SE, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine;
  • Tianna M. Borja, 27, Erie Street, Masury, burglary, theft from a person in a protected class, criminal damaging or endangering and criminal trespass;
  • George Chambers, 53, Erie Street, Masury, burglary, theft from a person in a protected class, criminal damaging or endangering and criminal trespass;
  • Diana L. Day, 59, Adams Avenue, Warren, possession of cocaine;
  • Kenyon S. McGriff, 28, Linda Drive NW, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and obstructing official business;
  • David Hubbard, 40, Morrison Avenue, Struthers, strangulation, domestic violence and felonious assault;
  • Ethan T. Marsh, 34, Charles Court, Newton Falls, two counts possession of fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs;
  • Michael B. Lavin, 39, Hazen Road, Hermitage, Pa., possession of fentanyl-related compound;
  • Melissa Anna Mack, 36, Larchmont Avenue NE, Warren, possession of cocaine;
  • David A. Moore, 32, Lincoln Avenue, Niles, domestic violence and abduction;
  • Darryl B. Thomas, 37, Manchester Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability, carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, using weapons while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • Noah Chapman, 26, South Outer Drive, Vienna, aggravated possession of drugs;
  • Davonte Lenhart, 23, Second Street SW, Warren, possession of cocaine;
  • Brent J. McCullough, 37, in care of Trumbull County jail, domestic violence;
  • Blake McCormick, 22, Blair Drive NW, Warren, 15 counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material or performance;
  • Austin M. Dunmire, 26, Dearborn Street, Youngstown, three counts harassment with a bodily substance and vandalism;
  • Dionte Catron, 23, Wick Street SE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine (f3), possession of cocaine (f5).
