Rewards offered for tips leading to arrest of man wanted in Warren shooting
CrimeStoppers of Greater Mahoning Valley said they are offering a reward in addition to the U.S. Marshalls Office for information leading to the arrest of 19-year-old Noel Flores, who is suspected of killing Ashantae Kirksey, 26, early Saturday morning in Warren.
Police describe Flores as a Hispanic male standing approximately five feet, six inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. Reports indicate that he is considered armed and dangerous.
U.S. Marshalls Office offered a $2,500 reward Tuesday. CrimeStoppers also offered a $2,500 award.
