Lisbon man sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison on rape, sexual imposition charges
A Lisbon man was sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison last week after convictions on rape and gross sexual imposition charges, the Columbiana County Prosecutor’s Office announced in a Facebook post.
Donald Williams, 60, was also designated as a Tier III Sexual Offender and will be subject to lifetime registration requirements.
The Columbiana County Prosecutor’s Office was assisted by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office, the Columbiana County Children Services Agency and the Akron Children’s Hospital Child Advocacy Center in the case.
