13 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury
The Feb. 8 report of the Mahoning County grand jury returned 13 indictments including the following felony cases:
- Rory J. Stephenson, 42, Roslyn Drive, Youngstown, rape (f1), compelling prostitution (f1), two counts corrupting another with drugs (f2), unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (f3) and corrupting another with drugs (f4);
- Jonathan E. Peek, 46, Fifth Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), aggravated menacing (m1) and carrying a concealed weapon, (m1);
- Larry A. Phillips, 43, Landsdowne Boulevard, Youngstown, grand theft (f4);
- Andre M. Morgan, 33, Miami Avenue, Youngstown, harassment with a bodily substance (f3), obstructing official business (f5), Resisting arrest (m2), disorderly conduct (m4);
- Francis M. Fasline, 33, West Park Avenue, Hubbard, obstructing official business (f5), resisting arrest (m2), operating a vehicle under the influence (m1) and disobeying traffic control device (mm);
- Thomas S. Lepo, 31, Fairgreen Avenue, Youngstown, two counts, operating a vehicle under the influence (f4);
- Rush C. Fairbanks, 40, Ohio Avenue, McDonald, grand theft (f4);
- Jerome W. Gilmer, 23, West Dewey Avenue, Youngstown, intimidation (f3), retaliation (f3), vandalism (f5) and obstructing official business (m2);
- Ashley B. Croley, 38, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown, breaking and entering (f5);
- Keith E. Ellison, 22, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, obstructing justice (f3);
- Stephen J. Cannon Jr., 30, Selkirk Road, Austintown, possession of cocaine (f5), illegal use of drug paraphernalia (m4);
- Eric S. Holsinger, 62, Market Street, Youngstown, failure to register (f1);
- Monica E. Eucker, 27, Baker Avenue, Warren, receiving stolen property (f4).
