30 face felony indictments from Mahoning County grand jury over the past two weeks

The following report, which included 18 felony indictments, was made by the Mahoning County grand jury on Feb. 22.

  • Jonthony Altreche, 19, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated murder (unclassified) w/gun spec; murder (unclassified) w/gun spec; illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises (f3); failure to comply with signal or order of police officer (f3), possession of cocaine (f5) w/spec;
  • Marquaysha A. Driver, 30, Marmion Avenue, Youngstown, involuntary manslaughter (f1), endangering children (f3); three counts endangering children (m1);
  • Dustin Andric, 40, St. Jacobs Logtown Road, Lisbon, menacing by stalking (f4), unauthorized use of computer, cable or telecommunications property (f5), aggravated menacing (m1), telecommunications harassment (m1).
  • Austin W. Beatty, 24, Matta Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault (f2) w/gun spec; two counts criminal damaging or endangering (m1);
  • Rebecca E. Wetherill, 23, Westview, Boardman, felonious assault (f2) w/gun spec; two counts criminal damaging or endangering (m1)
  • Jason L. Wagner, 36, Little John Place, Boardman, two counts identity fraud (f3); grand theft motor vehicle (f4); forgery (f4);
  • Christian S. Williams, 43, Shaffer Road, North Jackson, two counts, illegal conveyance or possession of deadly weapon in school safety zone (f5), using weapons while intoxicated (m1), inducing panic (m1), OVI (m1), OVI-refusal w/prior (m1); illegal use or possession drug paraphernalia (m4), failure to stop after accident (m1);
  • Ashley M. Miranda, 38, Picadilly Street, Campbell, aggravated possession of drugs (f3) w/spec; illegal use or possession drug paraphernalia (m4), aggravated possession of drugs (f5) w/spec;
  • Nolan R. Alexander, 32, in care of Mahoning County jail, intimidation (f3);
  • Benjamin C. Richards, 51, South Lipkey Road, North Jackson, two counts breaking and entering (f5), two counts vandalism (f5), two counts possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Marcus J. Bosworth, 19, South Timberidge Avenue, Austintown, grand theft motor vehicle, (f4);
  • Melvin L. Land, 29, East Dewey Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f3) w/spec; possession of heroin (f3) w/spec;
  • Kassondra M. White, 43, Woodcrest Avenue, Youngstown, grand theft motor vehicle (f4); recieivng stolen property (f4);
  • Ronald G. Petkosek, 41, Queens Drive SW, Newton Township, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Eryck A. Fletcher, 32, North Brockway Avenue, Youngstown, possession of FRC (f4) w/spec; possession of cocaine (f5) w/spec;
  • Brandon D. Owens, 39, Lexington Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), improperly handling firearms in motor vehicle (f4), possession of cocaine (f5) w/spec, obstructing official business (m2);
  • Alexander J. Mitchell, 37, Market Street, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5), aggravated trespass (m1); illegal use or possession drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Shaun C. Davis, 20, in care of Mahoning County jail, obstructing justice (f5), resisting arrest (m2).

The following report, which included 12 felony indictments, was made by the Mahoning County grand jury on Feb. 15:

  • Kevin Paul Kramer, 45, Ridge Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault (f2);
  • David P. Rowbotham, 47, Leland Avenue, Poland, menacing by stalking (f4);
  • Ashley B. Croley, 38, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown, superseding, two counts breaking and entering (f5);
  • Raymond D. Atkins, 37, Market Street, Lisbon, having weapons while under disability (f3); improperly handling firearms in motor vehicle (f4);
  • Ronnell G. Fort, 26, Market Street, North Lima, having weapons while under disability (f3); improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4); obstructing official business (f2);
  • John R. Machel, 45, Hadley Avenue, Liberty Township, aggravated possession of drugs (f5); three counts, operating vehicle under the influence (m1);
  • Joe Jackson, 25, East LaClede Court, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5); obstructing official business (m2); possessing drug abuse instruments (m2); separate case, escape (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Tyrel J. Rodgers, 35, Woodcrest Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5); illegal use or possession drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Shawn Villers Jr., 19, Stanford Avenue, Austintown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (f3); obstructing official business (m2);
  • John W. Rudolph Jr., 39, Wilmette Aveneu, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer (f3); obstructing official business (m2);
  • Bryant T. Toney, 32, Mahoning County Jail, possession of FRC (f2) w/spec; possession of cocaine (f5) w/spec, illegal use of possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Bridgette C. Scholer, no age listed, Apple Valley, Calif., possession of marijuana (f2); trafficking in marijuana (f2).
