Warren man dies in early Monday single-car crash in Columbiana County

A Warren man died this morning after a single-vehicle crash on Ohio 11 near the Lisbon/Roger exit just after 12:30 a.m.

A dispatcher from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Arthur Stroud, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Reports indicated Stroud’s vehicle was traveling southbound, hit a guardrail, came back into the median and rolled over.

According to officials, Stroud wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from his vehicle.

A passenger in the vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, the dispatcher said, adding the crash is under investigation.
