17 felony indictments made by Trumbull grand jury

WARREN – The Trumbull County grand jury on March 14 handed up 17 felony indictments, which included one sealed case.

The following felony cases will be arraigned within two weeks in one of four Trumbull County Common Pleas courtrooms:

  • CLEVELAND, Raheem B., 43, Second Street SW, Warren, four counts Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F2), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5);
  • HARSCH, Marvin W., 35, Jackson Street SW, Warren, Possession of Fentanyl-Related Compound (F5), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5);
  • WATERS, Mariama, 35, Redford, Michigan, Forgery (F5), three counts Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5);
  • CHALKER, Ronnie A., 31, Hubbard Coitsville Road, Lowellville, Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5);
  • BARTON, Jeffrey P., 36, Englewood Street NE, Warren, four counts Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor (F2), eight counts Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material or Performance (F2);
  • FRELIX, Calvin D., 61, Cunningham Road, Mercer, Pa., Felonious Assault (F2), Domestic Violence (M1);
  • TROY, Billy Jo, 30, Stillwagon Road SE, Howland, Possession of Fentanyl-Related Compound (F5);
  • WHITE, Marques L., 37, Broadway Avenue, Youngstown, Possession of Fentanyl-Related Compound (F5);
  • BRADY, Kalebh M., 19, Fairmount Avenue, Youngstown, Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer (F3);
  • DUKES, Oshai B., 29, Draper Avenue SE, Warren, Having Weapons While Under Disability (F3), Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle (F4), Carrying Concealed Weapons (F4);
  • BURGESS, Larry T. Jr., 35, Palmer Avenue, Youngstown, Receiving Stolen Property (F4);
  • HEDRICK, Nicholas E., 23, Larry Lane, Cortland, Failure to Notify Sheriff of Change of Address (F4);
  • AVILES, Isabell M., 25, Saunders Avenue, Sharon, Pa., Tampering with Evidence (F3), Possession of Cocaine (F5);
