Heath N. Cline, 34, of North Dunlap Avenue, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony possession of criminal tools.

Cline, who could face up to one year in prison, will submit to a background investigation by probation officers before being sentenced by Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Ronald J. Rice.

Cline was arrested by Warren police on the afternoon of Dec. 13, 2023, after officers investigated a break-in and $1,000 theft at a business in the 400 block of West Market Street. On March 20 in Girard Municipal Court, Cline was convicted of misdemeanor attempted possession of drugs charges and given credit for 24 days already served, and Cline must also pay court costs, court records showed.
