Mahoning County
Saturday:
- Visit the Canfield Piccadilly Parlour Victorian Tea Room at 9 -11 a.m. for breakfast with the Easter Bunny, or tea at noon. Reservations are required; call (330) 533-4749.
The Youngstown Phantoms take on the Madison Capitols at the Covelli Centre at 7:05 p.m. in Youngstown. Tickets are $5 for the Easter weekend game; for tickets, call 330-747-PUCK (7825) or visit the Phantoms’ website.
Sunday:
Kids can participate in a Glow in the Dark Easter Egg hunt at three church services at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m at Believers Church in Boardman, located at 1322 W. Western Reserve Road
- Visit the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley in Youngstown for two Easter meals served between 1-5 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.
- The New Bethel Baptist Church choir is bringing back their Easter concert for the first time in 20 years to kick off the church’s 100-year anniversary at 6 p.m.; it’s free, but you can reserve a seat online on Eventbrite.
Trumbull County
Saturday:
- The city of Girard’s hosting an Easter egg hunt and pictures with the Easter Bunny at 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Tod Park; bring your own baskets.
- Enjoy a Tim McGraw tribute performed by Nashville recording artist and Las Vegas entertainer Adam D. Tucker at 8 p.m. at the Yankee Lake Ballroom in Brookfield. Tickets are available for purchase online.
Sunday
- Kids can participate in a Glow in the Dark Easter Egg hunt at two church services at 9:30 and 11 a.m. at Believers Church in Warren, located at 2577 Schenley Ave. NE in Warren.
- There’s an Easter brunch buffet at 11 a.m. at the Eastwood Event Centre in Niles with a create-your-own omelets station; reserve a table online.
