Federal Frenzy lineup announced for downtown spring festival on April 27

Youngstown State University’s Penguin Productions released the official lineup of bands and musical artists for this year’s Federal Frenzy.

Federal Frenzy is happening at 2 -11 p.m. on April 27 on the east side of downtown Youngstown at 460 East Federal St.

Headliners include Bully, The Goners and J.D. Eicher, alongside a day filled with music by bands like Madame Marlowe, Ohayo, Riley Burke Band and Black Wolf and the Thief.
