Mahoning County grand jury issues 23 felony indictments

The following felony cases were indicted March 28 by a Mahoning County grand jury:

  • Abdliezl, Hassen Jr., 29, Oxford Street, Campbell, receiving stolen property (f4), attempted grand theft (f5), possessing criminal tools (f5), breaking and entering (f5), criminal damaging/endangering (m2);
  • Joshua Clardy, 35, Dearborn Avenue, Youngstown, two counts felonious assault (F2), abduction (f3) and domestic violence (f4);
  • Deviel Jones, 23, Emery Avenue, Youngstown, domestic violence (f5), domestic violence (m3);
  • Aundrey Fultz, 31, Kenneth Avenue, Youngstown, vandalism (f5) and resisting arrest (m2);
  • Michael J. Rickard, 31, DeForest Road SE, Howland, receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Naheem N. Hassam, 27, Maplecrest Drive, Austintown, aggravated possession of drugs (f2);
  • Alexander M. Barber, 34, Romaine Avenue, Boardman, two counts disrupting public services (f4), obstructing official business (m2), resisting arrest (m2);
  • Elizabeth D. Norberg, 35, in care of Mahoning County Jail, possession of cocaine (f5), obstructing official business (m2), resisting arrest (m2) and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Henry A. Garner, 60, Parkcliffe Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), possession of cocaine (f5) w/one-year firearm specification (f5), obstructing official business (m2), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Robert L. Miner, 31, Megan Circle, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), improperly handling firesarms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Timothy N. Redman, 40, in care of Mahoning County jail, burglary (f2);
  • Dana L. Watson, 37, Shady Run Road, Youngstown, burglary (f2);
  • Justin D. Strewart, 31, Rosewood, Youngstown, burglary (f2);
  • Dominique W. Julius, 20, West Florida Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault (f2);
  • James T. Abanathey, 35, North Osborn Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (f3), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Michael S. Jackson, 35, South Lakeview Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property (f5), theft (f5) and possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Meagan A. Gore, 39, Cook Avenue, Boardman, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5), possessing drug abuse instruments (m1), illegal use or possession drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Melvin L. Land, 29, East Dewey Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f1) w/major drug offender specification and specification for forfeiture; possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f3) w/specification for forfeiture; tampering with evidence (f3);
  • Tanay’jah Mo’nay Clay, 21, in care of Mahoning County Jail, possession of cocaine (f5), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4), falsification (m1), obstructing official business (m2(;
  • Tyraille J.M. Phillips, 24, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine (f1) w/spec for forfeiture; aggravated possession of drugs (f2) w/spec for forfeiture, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f3) w/spec for forfeiture; possession of drugs (f3) w/spec for forfeiture; tampering with evidence (f3), two counts possession of drugs (m1), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Devon D. Moreland, 34, Woodside, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f1) w/spec for forfeiture; aggravated possession of drugs (f2) w/spec for forfeiture, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f3) w/spec for forfeiture, possession of drugs (f3) w/spec for forfeiture, two counts possession of drugs (m1) and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m1);
  • Jamar D. M. Sklenchar, 35, in care of Mahoning County jail, having weapons while under disability (f3), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), possession of drugs (m1);
