Ryan Johnson Memorial 5K honors West Branch runner who died in 2008 track race

Roy Johnson talks about the Ryan Johnson Memorial Run, which is held each year to honor the memory of Ryan Johnson, a West Branch High School athlete who tragically passed away after running a leg of a four×800 relay during a West Branch track meet in 2008.

The race will be held 9 a.m. May 18 at the high school.

Proceeds for the race go to a college scholarship fund for West Branch athletes.
