34 felony indictments made over past two weeks by Mahoning County grand jury
The following felony cases were indicted April 18 by a Mahoning County grand jury:
- Keishaun A. Sims, 26, North Raccoon Road, Austintown, two counts assault (f4);
- Allen G. Torres, 28, in care of Mahoning County jail, felonious assault (f2) w/firearm specification, two counts having weapons while under disability (f3), illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises (f3), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), two counts falsification (m1) and obstructing official business (m2);
- Spencer T. Borom, 35, in care of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer (f3) two counts obstructing official business (f5/m2);
- Marcus J. Thomas, 39, East Chalmers Avenue, Youngstown, passing bad checks (f4);
- Larry R. Wylie, 61, Crumlin Avenue, Girard, two counts improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), two counts OVI (m1);
- Patrick S. McGinnis, 56, South Davis Street, Girard, possession of cocaine (f5);
- Bobbi Jo Kosmo, 43, Wakefield Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
- Maurice A. Pickard, 24, Deer Creek Court, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f5), OVI (m1);
- Ruben N. Sanchez Marrero, 28, Livingston Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs w/specification for forfeiture (f5), possession of drugs (m1);
- Tera E. Guy, 34, Pheasant Run Road SE, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5), aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
- Donald D. Daniel, 22, Eastwood Arms Boulevard, Niles, possession of cocaine (f3) w/ spec for forfeiture; retaliation (f3), intimidation (f3), obstructing official business (f5) and resisting arrest (m2);
- Treshaun D. White, 28, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of cocaine (f5) and possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
- Ervin C. May III, 24, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f3) w/ spec for forfeiture, possession of cocaine (f4) w/spec for forfeiture;
- Miguel A. Camacho-Sanchez, 38, West Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f4) w/spec for forfeiture, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
- Francys L. Algarin-Rosa, 35, Wirt Street, Youngstown, possession of cocaine w/spec for forfeiture (f5), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
- Antonio Castaing, 34, Kendis Circle, Youngstown, intimidation (f3), retaliation (f3), two counts assault (f4), two counts harassment with bodily substance (f5) and obstructing official business (f5);
- Daquan L. McNair, 33, Whitney Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence (f3) and possession of drugs (f5);
- Demetrius E. Lambert, 36, Tyrell Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
- Sean A. Beichner, 29, Delmont, Pa., possession of cocaine (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
- Ariel S. Daniel, 32, in care of Mahoning County jail, robbery (f2), theft (m1);
- David P. Manigault, 47, Fairgreen Avenue, Youngstown, two counts carrying concealed weapon (f5);
- Michael T. Alexander, 49, Quinten Drive, Youngstown, six counts rape (f1), one count gross sexual imposition (f3), one count gross sexual imposition (f4); three counts sexual battery (f3);
- Ashley N. Cervello, 38, Quinten Drive, Youngstown, bribery (f3), intimidation of attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case (m1).
The following felony cases were indicted April 25 by a Mahoning County grand jury:
- Darnell Jennings, 27, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, strangulation (f4), aggravated possession of drugs (f5) and assault (m1);
- Phillip D. Scandy, 64, Laurel Avenue, Lake Milton, aggravated possession of drugs (f3);
- Timothy A. Rollison Jr., 37, Savannah Court, Canfield, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
- Vincent L. Lewis, 51, East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, assault (f4), harassment with bodily substance (f5) and obstructing official business (f5);
- Tshombe P. Miller Jr., 20, in care of Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering (f5), two counts theft (m1), breaking and entering (f5);
- Jerome T. Bryant, 33, Donald Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f4);
- Dylan J. Mastronikolas, 20, North Dunlap Avenue, Youngstown, theft (f5);
- Antwan D. Grissett, 23, Manchester Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (f3), tampering with evidence (f3), having weapons while under disability (f3), two counts improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4/f5), OVI (m1);
- Ethan Richmond, 18, Fountain Square Drive, Austintown, voluntary manslaughter (f1) w/firearm specification, felonious assault (f2) w/firearm specification;
- Talim Dawud Malik Mumin, 22, Compass West, Austintown, two counts murder (unclassified) w/ firearm specifications, two counts felonious assault (f2) w/firearm specifications;
- John Doe, secret indictment, aggravated murder (unclassified) w/two firearm specifications; two counts murder (unclassified) w/two firearm specifications for each count, two counts felonious assault (f2) w/two firearm specifications for each count, improperly discharging firearm (f2) w/two firearm specifications, having weapons while under disability (f3) and tampering with evidence (f3).
