Mahoning County grand jury returns 19 felony indictments

19 felony indictments were returned May 9 by a Mahoning County grand jury. The following felony cases were filed:

  • Daron N. Little, 57, Manhattan Avenue, Youngstown, domestic violence (f3), aggravated menacing (m1) and theft from a person in a protected class (f5);
  • James A. Stehura, 49, Wedgewood Drive, Austintown, superceding indictment, aggravated vehicular homicde (f3), reckless homicde (f3), failure to stop after an accident (f3) and tampering with evidence (f3);
  • Leslie J. Tate Jr., 37, in care of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer (f3), theft (m1), possessing criminal tools (m1) and criminal damaging/endangering (m2);
  • Anthony J. Goulet, 34, Batavia, N.Y., assault (f4), obstructing official business (f5), resisting arrest (m1), OVI (m1);
  • Eric R. Wilson, 36, Audrey Lane, Struthers, theft (f5);
  • Erik S. White, 42, East Pine Street, Jefferson, aggravated possession of drugs (f2);
  • Jameer J. Weaver, 20, Adams Street, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Jaquon A. Mixon, 24, in care of Mahoning County jail, having weapons while under dsability (f3), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4) and carrying a concealed weapon (f4);
  • Anthony J. Lombardo, 50, in care of Mahoning County jail, tampering with evidence (f3) and possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Meagan A. Gore, 39, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5), three counts possession of drugs (f5), possessing drug abuse instruments (m1), obstructing official business (f5), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4), resisting arrest (m2);
  • Rachel L. Craven, 41, Gordon Avenue, Campbell, possession of cocaine (f5) w/specification for forfeiture, two counts aggravated possession of drugs (f5) w/specification for forfeiture, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Roger D. Ingram Sr., 53, Wellsville, having weapons while under disability (f3) and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Jimmy Moore Jr., 40, Halls Heights Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f2) w/specification for forfeiture, possession of fentanyl-related compound w/specification for forfeiture, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), w/specification for forfeiture, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Michael D. Moody, 60, West Hylda Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Dion L. Artis, 33, Ferndale, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (F3), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Damaris T. Grant, 43, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine (f5) w/specification for forfeiture, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5) w/specification for forfeiture, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Jovoni I. Moses, 19, in care of Mahoning County jail, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Lakisha D. Blackshear, 46, 12th Street, Campbell, possession of cocaine (f4), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f4), aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5), resisting arrest (m2), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • John Doe, SECRET, eight counts rape (f1), three counts gross sexual imposition (f3), three counts gross sexual imposition (f4), four counts sexual battery (f3).
