Mahoning court grand jury returns 16 felony indictments
A Mahoning County grand jury on May 2 indicted the following felony cases:
- Bret M. McFarland, 30, Hollis Heights Avenue, Youngstown, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f2);
- Aaron J. Hall, 49, Rhoda Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (f3), obstructing official business (f5), OVI (m1) and illegal use or possession drug paraphernalia (m4);
- Cyashia M. Tubbs, 19, Potomac Avenue, Youngstown, assault (f4) and obstructing official business (f5);
- James A. Stehura, 49, Wedgewood Drive, Austintown, reckless homicide (f3), failure to stop after an accident (f3) and tampering with evidence (f3);
- Phillip D. Harris, 51, in care of Mahoning County jail, escape (f5);
- Antonio L. Gibbs Jr., 18, South Glenellen Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
- William S. Teague, 18, South Glenellen Avenue, Youngstown, , improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
- Kevon M. Williams, 32, in care of Mahoning County jail, having weapons while under disability (f3), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4) and possession of drugs (f5);
- Maurice C. Clinkscale, 30, in care of Mahoning County jail, two counts failure to comply with order on signal of a police officer (f3), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f3) w/fofeiture specification; possession of cocaine (f5) w/forfeiture specification; obstructing official business (f5), and escape (f3);
- Chantelle A. Scott Jr., 27, Crowell Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (f3), receiving stolen property (f4), two counts obstructing official business (f5), aggravated possession of drugs (f3) w/specification of forfeiture, and escape (f3);
- Glenn M. Campbell, 52, of Toledo, possession of cocaine (f5);
- William E. Eldridge, 26, Fitzgerald Avenue, Austintown, illegal conveyance or possession of addeadly weapon or dangerous ordnance in a school safety zone (f5);
- Aundrey H. Fultz, 31, Kenneth Street, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f4) w/specification of forfeiture and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
- Arthur W. Figinsky III, 48, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), possessing drug abuse instruments (m2), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (m4), two counts OVI (m1);
- Robert B. Kerstanski, 43, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5) and OVI (m1);
- Alexandrea M. Kornegay, 26, in care of Mahoning County jail, grand theft motor vehicle (f4) and receiving stolen property (f4).
