Dana School of Music invites aspiring musicians to music camp. When will it be held?
Area teens with a passion for music are asked to take part in a summer music camp at Youngstown State University.
YSU’s Dana School of Music announced the return of its Summer Music Camp and Vocal Performance Clinic, according to a press release. The camp will take place from June 9 to June 14, with week-long musical intensives that promise to provide unforgettable experiences for aspiring musicians aged 13 to 18.
The school’s Summer Music Camp and Vocal Performance Clinic offers a unique opportunity for young musicians to hone their skills under the guidance of experienced YSU faculty members and provide a supportive environment for students to develop their musical talents
Participants can expect a week filled with ensemble rehearsals, individual lessons, and performances for different kinds of music. Housing options are also available for those who wish to reside on-campus.
Tuition for the program is $250 and onsite room and board is $260. Interested participants can fill out an online form to register. Registration ends May 30.
