Deputy Cory Graham spotlighted by Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office
The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office during the month of June is spotlighting Deputy Cory Graham.
Graham started his career at the sheriff’s office in 2019 as a full-time correctional officer in the Trumbull County jail. After four years working at the jail, Graham then moved on to train to become a deputy where he became a full-time deputy in September 2023.
Since becoming deputy last year, Sheriff Paul Monroe noted that he received positive comments about Graham’s work ethic, empathy and commitment to serving others.
“These virtues are second to none,” the sheriff said.
Graham was recently lauded for his response for a service call on a mental health issue.
“How Deputy Graham handled the call allowed for all parties involved to come to a safe conclusion,” the sheriff said in naming Graham for this month’s honor.
