Trumbull County man sentenced to three years of probation after running away during traffic stop
A man was given three-years’ probation, fined $3,000 and received a one-year driver’s license suspension.
David A. Parker, 28, of U.S. Route 6, Rome, was cited for a fourth-degree failure to comply with order or signal of police officer felony.
The case involved the defendant fleeing on foot a traffic stop after Champion Township police pulled over his motorcycle at Corey Hunt and Hyde Shaffer roads NW about 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2023.
